On rare occasions (every 2–3 months), we may need to access this room to change the furnace filter or add salt to the water softener. We will always inform you in advance before entering, and your privacy will be fully respected. ***If sleeping during the day. Since this is a basement suite and the owners live upstairs, there can sometimes be light footsteps or normal household sounds during daytime hours.
